1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MooterRent.com, creating an account, listing a vehicle, contacting a merchant, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules shown in the platform. If you do not agree, you must stop using MooterRent.com.

2. Platform Role

MooterRent.com is an online marketplace that helps visitors discover vehicle rental listings and helps merchants display their vehicles. Unless expressly stated in writing, MooterRent.com is not the vehicle owner, rental company, insurer, driver, broker, agent, guarantor, or party to the rental contract between a visitor and a merchant.

All rental terms, deposits, delivery, pickup, vehicle condition, fines, tolls, insurance coverage, eligibility, driver requirements, and payment arrangements are agreed directly between the visitor and the merchant.

3. User Accounts

Visitors may sign in with a verified UAE mobile number. Merchants must submit required account, business, location, and document information. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, maintaining access to your phone and email, and preventing unauthorized use.

MooterRent.com may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where information is false, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, suspicious, or harmful to the platform or other users.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and availability of their listings. This includes vehicle ownership or lawful right to rent, valid licenses and permits, roadworthiness, registration, insurance, pricing, photos, rental rules, location, contact information, and compliance with UAE and local emirate requirements.

Merchants must not list stolen, unsafe, falsely described, unavailable, uninsured, illegally modified, or otherwise unlawful vehicles. Merchants must honor advertised information unless a clear and lawful correction is communicated to the customer before any rental is agreed.

5. Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors are responsible for checking merchant identity, vehicle condition, rental price, deposit, insurance coverage, mileage limits, fines, tolls, age and license requirements, and all rental terms before entering any rental agreement. Visitors must provide truthful contact information and must not misuse contact buttons, submit false leads, harass merchants, scrape listings, or attempt fraud.

6. Listings, Review, and Removal

MooterRent.com may review, approve, reject, edit visibility, feature, unpublish, or remove listings at any time. Review does not guarantee legal compliance, vehicle quality, merchant reliability, or rental availability. MooterRent.com may use automated or manual checks, but users remain responsible for their own content and transactions.

7. Coins, Promotions, and Featured Listings

Merchant coins, listing durations, featured durations, refresh actions, free trials, promotions, or subscription benefits are platform credits only unless otherwise stated. They are not cash, bank value, stored value, or a guarantee of leads, bookings, revenue, ranking, or exposure. MooterRent.com may change pricing rules, durations, and promotional benefits prospectively.

8. Customer Leads and Contact Actions

When a visitor uses Call, WhatsApp, or Location actions, MooterRent.com may record lead events and share the visitor's submitted contact details with the relevant merchant. MooterRent.com does not guarantee that any lead will convert to a rental, that a merchant will respond, or that a visitor will complete a transaction.

9. Payments and Offline Transactions

Unless a future payment feature is expressly launched by MooterRent.com, payments, deposits, refunds, cancellation fees, delivery fees, damage charges, fines, Salik or tolls, traffic penalties, insurance excess, and any other rental charges are handled directly between visitor and merchant. MooterRent.com is not responsible for offline payments or disputes between users.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use MooterRent.com for unlawful rentals, fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, misleading listings, fake documents, fake leads, data scraping, reverse engineering, platform abuse, malware, payment circumvention, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that violates applicable law or harms MooterRent.com, users, or third parties.

11. Content and Intellectual Property

Users grant MooterRent.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, resize, translate, moderate, and use submitted listings, images, logos, descriptions, and messages for operating, promoting, securing, and improving the platform. Users confirm they have the rights needed to submit such content.

MooterRent.com trademarks, branding, code, design, databases, and platform content are protected. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission.

12. No Warranties

MooterRent.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MooterRent.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including availability, accuracy, merchant reliability, vehicle condition, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MooterRent.com, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, vehicle damage, accidents, fines, penalties, personal injury, or disputes arising from rentals or user conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, MooterRent.com's total aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount paid directly to MooterRent.com by the affected user in the three months before the claim or AED 100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MooterRent.com harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses arising from your listings, rentals, documents, messages, misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or dispute with another user or third party.

15. Suspension and Termination

MooterRent.com may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, access, coins, promotions, or support privileges where needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or maintain platform integrity.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that cannot be excluded. Courts or competent authorities in the UAE will have jurisdiction unless another valid written agreement applies.

17. Changes

MooterRent.com may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the website where practical.
